Ashley Casida DVM, CCRT
“When I enter an exam room, I often find myself saying hello to my patient before their owner… Their comfort and safety is always on my mind.”
– Dr. Casida
Dr. Casida began her veterinary journey at Cal Poly Pomona for her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences, later graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 with her Veterinary Degree. After her education, she began working in a small animal general practice in Southern California, gaining experience and refining her skills. In 2016, she completed her certification in canine physical rehabilitation through the Canine Rehab Institute. With experience under her belt, Dr. Casida moved to Arizona in 2018 and has focused her career on providing high quality and affordable veterinary care.
Dr. Jennifer DePew DVM
Hello, I am Dr. Jennifer DePew! I am a Phoenix, Arizona native who grew up only 10 minutes from this community and hospital. My love of animals began at a very young age caring for injured desert wildlife, and from there has led me on an amazing adventure through the world of veterinary medicine. I graduated from Arizona State University with my undergraduate degree in animal behavior and physiology. Then I obtained my Veterinary degree from Midwestern University. My passion for veterinary medicine is the bond between people and their pets and providing the best care and medicine to keep our furry family members healthy and happy.
When I am away from my work home, I am with my family enjoying a good kung fu movie and teaching my twin toddlers how to stay out of trouble (or vice versa). We have two dogs (Turkey and Hilde), a rotund kitty (Luna), ancient ball python, and many tropical fish!
Outside of the Office
In her free time, Dr. Casida stays active by playing rec league slow pitch softball almost every weekend and keeps a desert scape style garden in her backyard. She loves spending time with her wife and their three cats, Digit, Mike, and Sully, and their three dogs, Whiskey, Frankie, and Wyatt.
